All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after acknowledgment from our team
  • You are responsible for providing accurate trip details

Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays or cancellation.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and service requirements
  • Final fare may vary due to changes in route, waiting time, or additional requests
  • Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking

We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.

4. Cancellation and Refund

  • Cancellation policies will be informed at the time of booking
  • Last-minute cancellations may incur charges
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe

No refunds will be provided for:

  • No-shows
  • Incorrect booking details provided by the customer

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
  • Not engage in illegal or unsafe activities during the trip

We reserve the right to terminate a trip without refund in case of misconduct.

6. Driver and Vehicle Allocation

  • Vehicles are assigned based on availability
  • We may substitute vehicles of similar category if required
  • Driver details will be shared prior to the trip whenever possible

7. Delays and Liability

While we strive for punctual service:

  • JMS Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen events
  • We are not responsible for missed flights, meetings, or appointments due to such delays

8. WhatsApp Communication Terms

By contacting us via WhatsApp, you agree that:

  • You consent to receive booking confirmations, updates, and support messages
  • Communication records may be stored for service and quality purposes
  • You will not misuse or spam our WhatsApp service

We use WhatsApp API strictly for business communication.

9. Limitation of Liability

JMS Travels shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of personal belongings during travel
  • Service disruptions beyond our control
